About the Role
Confidential Client is seeking entry-level Structural Engineers to join the Structures division in the Glendale, CO office (Denver metro). This early-career position supports new design, evaluation, investigation, and repair of buildings and other structures. You will work on analysis and design tasks across steel, concrete, masonry, and wood systems while learning from senior engineers and participating in on-site investigations and construction administration.
What You’ll Do
- Perform structural engineering analysis and design tasks for new and existing buildings (steel, concrete, masonry, wood)
- Assist senior staff with on-site investigations to document conditions and determine root causes
- Support preparation of drawings, specifications, and construction-administration deliverables
- Contribute to evaluations, rehabilitation and repair designs for constructed works
- Work with project teams to meet deadlines and client expectations
- Learn and apply relevant codes and advanced analysis techniques under senior mentorship
What You’ll Need
- MS in Civil or Structural Engineering (required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- FE/EIT certification (preferred)
- Familiarity with structural analysis software preferred (ETABS, SAP2000, RISA, RAM, SAFE, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail, analytical judgment, and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage deliverables
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Report
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning and professional growth

Compensation
This posting includes a good-faith pay range in accordance with applicable pay-transparency laws for Colorado.
- Bachelor’s degree: $79,560 - $81,640 per year
- Master’s degree: $83,200 - $85,280 per year
Base salary is part of a broader Total Compensation package that may include overtime pay, an annual discretionary bonus, generous paid time off, and employer contributions to benefits and retirement plans. This position is eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Actual salary offered will depend on experience, qualifications, and work location.
