What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring an Entry Level Management Trainee | Staffing Consultant to support healthcare staffing operations. This is a business-facing role that blends recruitment, sales, account management, customer service, and operations. You will help source and place healthcare professionals while supporting clients and providers throughout assignments.
- Source, screen, and recruit high-quality healthcare candidates to meet client needs
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate fit for assignments
- Staff and schedule clinicians; manage provider assignments and follow-up
- Negotiate compensation and communicate offers to candidates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and providers as a primary point of contact
- Support payroll and basic marketing/operations tasks
- Track metrics, maintain accurate records, and assist with reporting
- Develop leadership skills and prepare for future management opportunities
- Operate with integrity, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Leadership or team supervision experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-service orientation and relationship-building skills
- Interest in sales, recruitment, and operational workflows
Location & Schedule
- Location: Milpitas, CA (Hybrid) — role requires regular presence in the Milpitas area with some remote flexibility as determined by the team
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation structure: Salary + Commission
- $62,000 Annual Compensation Guarantee
