Role Overview

Confidential Client is hiring an Entry-Level Staff Engineer and is accepting May 2027 graduates. This is an early-career opportunity for civil/related engineering graduates to join a consulting engineering environment where you'll support project teams, build technical skills (GIS, AutoCAD, Civil 3D), and pursue professional licensure (EIT → PE).


What You’ll Do

  • Provide support engineering services across project teams and departments.
  • Produce neat, accurate design calculations and technical deliverables.
  • Assist with CAD and Civil 3D drawings and GIS mapping tasks.
  • Coordinate with peers, senior engineers, and project managers to meet project milestones.
  • Organize and manage multiple priorities on concurrent assignments.
  • Communicate technical information clearly in writing and verbally to internal teams and clients.
  • Participate in training and professional development activities aimed at licensure (EIT/PE).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field (required).
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience preferred; relevant internships may substitute for experience.
  • Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred; commitment to pursue PE is expected.
  • Exposure to and basic experience with GIS, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and a solid command of fundamental design principles.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with peers and senior management; strong team orientation.

Employment Type & Location

  • Employment Type: Full-time (Contractor opportunities may also be available as part of staffing arrangements).
  • Location: Butztown, PA — hybrid work model (onsite presence as required by project work and team collaboration).
  • Note: Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. New hires will be asked to provide appropriate documentation.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $74,000–$80,000 per year (reported estimate). Actual pay will depend on experience, location, and qualifications.
