What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is seeking an Entry Level Software Programmer / Developer (.NET, C#) to join an agile engineering team building scalable, consumer-facing software. You will contribute across the full software development lifecycle — from design and prototyping through implementation, testing, and production support — while following professional engineering practices.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily scrums and other agile ceremonies
- Design and write maintainable, testable .NET/C# code that meets coding standards
- Translate user stories, design mockups and prototypes into working features
- Create and update tickets/tasks in Jira (or equivalent) and track progress against sprint commitments
- Implement and consume web services (REST/JSON) and integrate with cloud services (GCP/AWS)
- Collaborate with business analysts, QA and senior engineers to deliver production-ready applications
- Monitor performance, report issues, and participate in troubleshooting and post-release remediation
- Mentor and pair with junior developers as needed; contribute to code reviews and technical documentation
What We’re Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field (Master’s preferred)
- Proficiency with C# and .NET development frameworks
- Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures and software design patterns
- Experience with web services technologies (REST, JSON) and general-purpose languages (Java, Python, C/C++, JavaScript, or Go)
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks or libraries (React, Angular) — able to translate designs into UI code
- Experience using source control (Git), unit testing, and participating in code reviews
- Comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum environment and using task tracking tools (Jira, RTC)
- Strong communication skills and ability to escalate blockers and coordinate across teams
Preferred / Desired Experience
These skills are not strictly required for entry, but align with the technologies used by the client and will strengthen your candidacy.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms: Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Experience with NoSQL databases, PostgreSQL, or BigQuery
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD) and container/orchestration platforms (OpenShift)
- Experience with distributed systems tools (Celery, Pub/Sub or similar)
- Exposure to machine learning concepts (NLP, model deployment) is a plus
- Prior experience in healthcare-domain software projects is beneficial
Location & Work Type
- Work location: Missouri (office-based / on-site required)
- Employment type: Full-time
- Base pay: $164,600 per year (base pay reported by the client). Final compensation depends on experience, role fit, and internal equity.
