Key Responsibilities

• Research emerging AI technologies, tools, frameworks, and industry trends with a focus on Generative AI and LLMs.
• Evaluate AI platforms and LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for business use cases.
• Design, test, and optimize prompts for generative AI applications.
• Build simple AI prototypes and proofs-of-concept using no-code/low-code tools or Python.
• Analyze AI use cases across Healthcare, Financial Services, Mortgage, Insurance, and Retail.
• Assist in producing AI documentation, presentations, and technical reports.
• Conduct competitive and market research on AI products and trends.
• Collaborate with engineering, recruiting, and business teams to identify AI-driven process improvements.
• Support internal AI initiatives such as automation, knowledge management, and productivity tooling.

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI concepts.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar.
• Basic programming knowledge in Python is preferred.
• Understanding of APIs, prompt engineering, and AI automation tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python, Jupyter Notebook, Git, or Google Colab.
• Knowledge of AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, or OpenAI APIs.
• Exposure to vector databases, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), or AI agents.
• Familiarity with automation platforms like Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, or n8n.

• Onsite — Vienna, VA. Local candidates within ~40 miles are required.
• Onsite interview required.
• Employment type: Full-time (long-term contract possible).
