What You’ll Do

This entry-level Software Engineer role supports AI and innovation initiatives. You will work with senior technical and business teams to research, prototype, and evaluate Generative AI and LLM-based solutions.

• Research emerging AI technologies, tools, frameworks, and industry trends.
• Evaluate AI platforms, large language models (LLMs), and AI-powered business solutions.
• Design, test, and optimize prompts for Generative AI applications.
• Build simple AI prototypes and proof-of-concepts using no-code/low-code tools or Python.
• Analyze AI use cases across industries such as Healthcare, Financial Services, Mortgage, Insurance, and Retail.
• Assist in preparing technical documentation, presentations, and reports.
• Conduct competitive research on AI products and market developments.
• Collaborate with engineering, recruiting, and business teams to identify AI-driven process improvements.
• Support internal initiatives including automation, knowledge management, and productivity tooling.

Required Qualifications

To be considered, candidates should meet the following:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of AI, machine learning, and Generative AI concepts.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms.
• Basic programming knowledge in Python is preferred.
• Understanding of APIs, prompt engineering, and AI automation tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Preferred Skills

These will help you ramp faster but are not required:

• Experience with Python, Jupyter Notebook, Git, or Google Colab.
• Knowledge of AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, or OpenAI APIs.
• Exposure to vector databases, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), or AI agents.
• Familiarity with automation platforms like Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, or n8n.
