About the Role
Confidential Client is hiring an Entry Level Software Developer in Allen, TX. This is an entry-level, full-time opportunity with paid training designed to launch your software development career. No prior professional experience is required — candidates with a strong desire to learn to code, a problem-solving mindset, and solid communication skills are encouraged to apply.
What You’ll Do
- Complete a structured, full-time paid training program focused on in-demand programming technologies
- Work on real-world projects to build portfolio experience and demonstrate technical skills
- Pair with mentors and peer cohorts during training and on-the-job learning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and follow software development best practices
- Participate in assessments and placement preparation to transition into client projects
- Communicate progress and escalate blockers to assigned engagement and support teams
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (in any discipline)
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
- Strong desire to learn software development — no prior professional coding experience required
- Natural problem solver with solid verbal and written communication skills
- Coachable, motivated, and able to commit to full-time training and placement timelines
