What You’ll Do

This entry-level role is designed to launch a career in B2B sales within the electrical wholesale industry. You will begin by learning product, inventory, and order fulfillment processes in the warehouse and progressively move into customer-facing sales responsibilities. Advancement commonly leads to inside sales, outside sales, supervisory, or operations roles based on performance and interest.

• Handle material and associated paperwork from receiving to delivery
• Fulfill sales orders accurately and quickly to meet time commitments
• Interact with customers over the phone and in person in a friendly, professional manner
• Sort, identify, locate, and re-stock a wide variety of products and part numbers
• Assist teammates and support team goals through reliable, detail-oriented work
• Learn product lines, pricing, and consultative B2B sales practices
• Report to the Profit Center Manager and support site operations as needed

What We’re Looking For

Minimum qualifications required to perform this role successfully:

• Ability and desire to develop meaningful relationships with customers and coworkers
• Fast, hardworking, driven, and motivated
• Quick learner with strong problem‑solving ability
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum age: 18 years
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Able to read, write, and understand English
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Familiarity with U.S. standard units of weight and measurement

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required
• Interest in moving into inside or outside sales, or supervisory roles

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

This is an active, on‑site role with frequent physical activity.

• Stand, bend, twist, lift, reach, and walk frequently
• Stoop, kneel, crouch with occasional sitting
• Listen and speak clearly; clear near and distance vision (or corrected vision)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted

Compensation & Benefits

• Estimated pay: $45,429 per year (estimated)
• Other compensation that may apply: profit sharing

• Onsite in Midland, TX (Midland, TX 79701)
• Full‑time employment (entry level); reports to the Profit Center Manager
• This role is with the Confidential Client profit center serving the Midland market
