Position overview
Confidential Client is recruiting for an Entry Level Sales Support Opportunity in Gibsonia, PA. This is an entry-level, training-first role that combines classroom learning with an internship placement at a top financial services partner. The role is a contract with potential full-time work opportunities based on performance and program completion.
What you’ll do
- Support sales and client-facing teams with administrative and operational tasks
- Prepare and maintain client and prospect records in CRM systems
- Assist with quoting, order processing, and basic data entry
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and follow-ups for account teams
- Contribute to reporting and basic analytics to track sales activity
- Learn business processes across customer success, financial operations, and IT support as part of the training curriculum
Who we’re looking for
- Entry-level candidates or recent high-school/GED graduates seeking a career start in sales support or operations
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Comfortable learning new software tools (CRM, spreadsheets) and following documented processes
- Dependable, available Monday–Friday for the program duration
- Motivated to complete classroom training and succeed in an internship placement
Program eligibility & requirements
This role is part of a structured training + internship program. Applicants must meet program eligibility requirements:
- High school diploma or GED (no bachelor’s degree required)
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Available Monday–Friday during the training and internship periods
- Willing to participate in both the classroom training and the internship placement
- May be asked to complete screening questions as part of application processing
