What You’ll Do
This entry-level Sales Specialist opportunity is a paid, structured training program that combines classroom learning with an internship and career-placement support. You will learn sales fundamentals, customer experience best practices, and finance-focused customer service while gaining hands-on exposure during an internship.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in an intensive training curriculum covering customer service, sales fundamentals, and basic finance concepts
- Build product and service knowledge and practice customer-centric communication
- Complete a supervised internship to apply learned skills in a workplace setting
- Attend professional development sessions on interviewing, resume building, networking, and workplace expectations
- Track progress, complete assignments, and collaborate with instructors, mentors, and peers

Minimum qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Available Monday–Friday for the duration of the program

Compensation & Benefits
