What You’ll Do

This entry-level program combines classroom training and a paid internship to help you launch a sales-focused career in customer experience and financial services. As you progress, you will:

• Learn product and service knowledge and develop a customer-centric mindset
• Complete technical and professional training in areas like banking, customer success, and insurance operations & claims
• Participate in a paid internship placement with a partner in Pittsburgh to apply skills on the job
• Build communication, interviewing, networking and resume skills
• Support customers and internal teams while learning sales processes, basic analytics, and operational workflows
• Receive ongoing coaching and mentorship throughout the program

Who We’re Looking For

We encourage applicants who are motivated to learn and launch a career in sales and customer experience. Required/desired qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED (no bachelor’s degree required)
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Available Monday–Friday for the program duration
• Strong verbal communication and customer-facing skills
• Willingness to learn technical systems and finance-related processes
• Self-motivated, coachable, and punctual
• May be asked to complete additional screening questions during the hiring process

Compensation & Career Support

• Estimated base (program) pay: $47,150 per year — estimated
• During the internship phase, participants earn an educational stipend of $525 per week
• Training includes resume building, interview prep, and career placement support
• Career growth paths may include: financial advisory, sales specialist, product support, sales operations & analytics, and patient services
• Program outcomes: historically, a high percentage of graduates move into employment or further education within months of completion; employed graduates report higher average starting salaries
