Position Overview
Confidential Client is hiring an Entry Level Sales Representative in North Fort Myers, FL. This entry-level, full-time field sales role is ideal for motivated, people-oriented candidates who want hands-on sales training, performance-based earnings, and clear advancement paths. No prior sales experience is required — full training is provided.
What You’ll Do
- Engage potential customers through direct, face-to-face sales and local marketing activities in the North Fort Myers area
- Present and demonstrate products/services clearly and persuasively to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Track and report sales activity, leads, and customer interactions accurately and on time
- Participate in daily team huddles, sales coaching, and ongoing professional development
- Meet individual and team sales targets and contribute to a high-performance team culture
- Represent Confidential Client professionally and enthusiastically while working in the field
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree is a plus
- No prior sales experience required — training and coaching will be provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with customers in person
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work in and around North Fort Myers, FL
- Positive attitude and competitive, results-driven mindset
Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated base pay: $31,621 per year (estimated) — position includes performance-based bonus/commission potential
- Benefits may include: employee discounts, bonus based on performance, opportunity for advancement, profit sharing, and training & development
- This role may offer commission or bonus structures in addition to base compensation — final compensation structure will be reviewed with candidates
Location & Schedule
- Primary work location: North Fort Myers, FL (field-based role; travel around the Fort Myers area is required)
- Employment type: Full-time
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and able to provide reliable transportation.
