Role overview
Confidential Client is hiring an Entry Level Sales Representative for a Fast Track Sales Program. This program is designed for recent graduates and high-potential candidates who want accelerated career growth, intensive training, and high earning potential through uncapped commission. This position requires relocation to Cincinnati for training (paid relocation provided) and is a full‑time, in-office role.
What you’ll do
- Receive 6 months of hands-on training from experienced logistics account executives in Cincinnati
- Support account executives by matching carrier capacity to customer needs and managing day-to-day freight operations
- Participate in both in-person and virtual training sessions and coaching
- Prospect, cold call, and build a book of business
- Negotiate pricing with customers and carriers to secure profitable freight
- Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery
- Meet sales metrics to become eligible for commission and grow toward leadership responsibility

Compensation & benefits
- $55,000 minimum first‑year compensation (includes base salary, sign-on bonus, and housing allowance)
- Estimated annual salary reference shown on source: $68,890
- $2,500 sign‑on bonus

- Uncapped commission potential; many representatives reach six‑figure earnings within three years
