Position Overview
Confidential Client is hiring part-time Entry Level Sales Representatives for customer engagement in the Kent, WA area. This role focuses on one‑on‑one, low‑pressure customer conversations to present wireless and internet communication products. No prior sales experience or telecom knowledge required — we provide paid training and ongoing support.
What You’ll Do
- Engage customers in respectful, one‑on‑one conversations to explain product options and answer questions
- Present wireless and internet solutions clearly and professionally
- Follow low‑pressure sales practices focused on customer needs and satisfaction
- Track activity and results accurately in company systems
- Participate in required training and team meetings
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly goals
Compensation & Earnings
- Guaranteed weekly pay structure; employees are paid the higher of hourly base or commissions for each pay period
- Hourly range: $17.13–$30.00 per hour, plus opportunity to earn performance-based commissions
- Top performers may earn $800–$2,000 weekly (performance-dependent)
- Pay is distributed weekly
- This position is not eligible for employer-sponsored health insurance, retirement, or paid leave; any employee perks will be discussed during hiring

Who You Are / Qualifications
- At least 18 years old and high school graduate (or equivalent)

- Available for an interview within 5–7 days of application
- Open to part‑time schedule and local in‑person work
- All educational backgrounds encouraged — training is provided

- Training is held in-office; work assignments are local to the Kent area
- Candidates must be able to commute to the training location and local assignments
