How You’ll Make an Impact

Our confidential client is hiring an Entry Level Sales Representative to build relationships with homeowners and present energy-efficient home remodeling solutions. In this role you will:

• Meet with homeowners to deliver engaging presentations on energy-efficient home remodeling products and services
• Learn and apply the client’s proven sales process through ongoing training and coaching
• Build meaningful relationships by understanding homeowners’ needs and recommending personalized solutions
• Collaborate with teammates and mentors to continuously improve your sales approach
• Develop communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills that support long-term career growth

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence speaking with new people and presenting information
• Self-motivated mindset with a desire to learn and grow
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment

Preferred (Helpful) Experience

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or another customer-facing role
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience delivering presentations or working toward performance-based goals

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $72,000 – $130,000 per year (paid at an hourly rate; includes uncapped commissions and bonuses)
• $3,900 sign‑on bonus paid in $325 weekly increments over 12 weeks of initial training (contingent on successful completion of training)
