About the Role

This Fast Track Sales Program is an accelerated entry-level sales opportunity within the logistics and freight brokerage industry. You’ll train full-time in Cincinnati with experienced brokers, receive a comprehensive relocation package, a housing allowance, and a $2,500 sign‑on bonus to support your move. What you need (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong work ethic and willingness to be 100% in-office during training
• Excellent negotiation and conflict‑resolution skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong customer service orientation
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is not available

What you’ll be doing (Key Responsibilities)

• Complete 6 months of direct training with experienced Logistics Account Executives
• Support account executives with carrier sourcing, daily operations, and time-sensitive freight
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions
• Prospect and cold-call to develop negotiation and selling skills
• Build and manage your own book of business and meet sales performance metrics
• Establish customer and carrier relationships, negotiate pricing, and resolve freight issues to ensure on-time pickup and delivery
