Confidential Client is hiring an Entry Level Sales / Recruiter to join a fast-growing recruiting team in Tampa Palms, FL. This is an ideal role for energetic, driven candidates who want hands‑on sales and recruiting experience, strong training and mentorship, and a clear promotion path into senior recruiting, account management, and sales leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Utilize internal databases and job boards to source and engage candidates
- Make a high volume of outreach (target: ~50 calls per day) to prospective and existing candidates
- Screen candidates by phone and in-person for current and upcoming roles
- Support onboarding and placement processes for new hires
- Place at least one candidate in a long-term assignment weekly
- Surface sales leads and support the Sales & Account Management teams with candidate-driven opportunities
- Use creative sourcing strategies to build candidate pipelines
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree and/or recent military experience (required)
- Interest in sales, recruiting, and account management (required)
- Prior internship or work experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (preferred)
- Strong communication, persistence, and a results-oriented mindset
- Comfortable making high-volume outreach and working in a target-driven environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated base salary: $65,440 per year (estimated) + uncapped commission (average first-year comp reported: $53k+)
- Paid time off: 15 personal days, 7 holidays, 2 floating holidays
