What You’ll Do
You will join a high-volume inside sales training program designed to prepare recent grads and early-career sellers for a licensed lending role. During an intensive, paid training program you’ll learn mortgage and HELOC products, sales process best practices, and complete preparation for the NMLS licensing exams. After training you will transition into a Licensed Lending Officer role with a performance-driven compensation plan.
- Dedicate yourself to a structured training program covering the full loan lifecycle and licensing requirements
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities through outbound/inbound phone conversations
- Present product options (mortgages, HELOCs) clearly and professionally over the phone
- Use CRM and loan-processing tools to manage pipelines and customer communication
- Meet daily and monthly sales activity and production targets
- Maintain ethical standards and compliance throughout the loan process
- Work with training and sales leadership to continuously improve technique and results
- Provide excellent customer service from initial contact through closing

Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience with a proven record of meeting or exceeding goals — call center sales strongly preferred
- Must be able to commute to Chandler, AZ full-time (on-site role requirement)
- Ability to study for and pass the NMLS exam; meet state and national licensing requirements
- Comfortable building relationships via phone and digital tools
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
- Eligibility to work in the U.S.
Compensation & Benefits
- Training: Paid hourly training rate of $15.15/hour while in the ACES onboarding program
- Post-training: Transition to a Licensed Lending Officer compensation plan that includes hourly minimums plus a competitive bonus/per-origination structure (details shared after licensing)
- Estimated total annual compensation (illustrative): $89,766 per year — actual compensation varies by performance and licensing status
