What You’ll Do
This role is ideal for someone eager to learn sales operations, analytics, and customer experience fundamentals through hands-on training and an internship.
- Support sales operations tasks including data collection, reporting, and basic analytics
- Learn CRM and customer-support workflows used in banking, insurance operations, and customer success
- Assist with process documentation, quality checks, and performance tracking
- Participate in classroom training and apply new skills during a supervised internship (placement at a partner site)
- Collaborate with peers and mentors to prepare for full-time opportunities in sales operations, analytics, and customer-facing roles
Who You Are / Qualifications
Candidates should meet the program eligibility and bring a growth mindset. No bachelor’s degree required.
- High school diploma or GED required
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Available Monday–Friday for the full program duration
- Motivation to learn technical and professional skills (customer service, basic finance, analytics)
- Strong communication skills and comfort working in team-based, mentor-led settings
- Willingness to complete any additional screening steps as requested
