Position Overview
Confidential Client is hiring an Entry Level Sales Representative to build a territory-based sales career in the life settlement / financial services space. This role combines consultative selling, territory development, and advisor education to convert awareness into revenue. This is a full-time, field/territory sales role based in Horsham, PA.
What You’ll Work On
You’ll become the go-to resource in your assigned territory for life settlement solutions by:
- Life settlement education and awareness
- Building and nurturing financial advisor and intermediary relationships
- Policyowner outreach and consultation
- Growing territory revenue through new business development
- Engaging broker-dealers and insurance partners
- Executing sales strategy and delivering professional presentations
Responsibilities
As an Entry Level Sales Representative you will:
- Identify and qualify prospective leads within your assigned territory
- Consult with financial advisors and policyowners to uncover opportunities
- Present solutions and close new business to drive regional revenue
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships
- Work with internal teams and partners to develop and execute territory strategies
- Learn partner products, platforms, and partner ecosystems to better serve clients
- Hit and exceed sales targets through disciplined prospecting and follow-up
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree
- 0–2 years of sales or marketing experience (entry-level candidates with internship / campus sales / relevant exposure encouraged)
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
- Comfortable presenting to professional audiences (financial advisors, broker-dealers)
- Competitive, energetic, coachable personality with a drive to win
- Ability to work collaboratively within a sales team
- Interest in financial services, insurance, or life settlements
Preferred / High-signal experience
- Sales or marketing experience calling on financial advisors or intermediaries
- Insurance sales, broker-dealer relationships, or consultative territory sales
- Experience delivering educational presentations and building trust-based relationships
