What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is expanding its sales team. As an Entry Level Sales Executive you will build and grow a territory of hospital and physician practice customers for clinical diagnostic services and molecular testing.
- Responsible for achieving annual sales and profit objectives for an assigned territory
- Identify and win new business; exceed territory sales budget through consultative selling and upselling
- Develop and deliver tailored sales presentations to physicians, lab staff, clinics and group practices
- Demonstrate how Confidential Client’s diagnostic services and technical features support quality patient care
- Establish and maintain long-term client relationships through regular on-site and virtual calls
- Build and manage a full pipeline of prospective clients; own territory planning and execution
- Provide timely, accurate reporting of pipeline, account plans and territory activities
- Collaborate with a Regional Manager on territory development strategy and competitive positioning
Qualifications
- High-energy, self-motivated and goal-driven sales professional
- 1–3 years sales experience preferred but not required; relevant clinical or healthcare exposure is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Professional judgment and sound decision-making ability
- Proficiency with MS Office (including Excel), email and web tools
- Must be able to travel within the coverage area and occasionally nationwide
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive for territory calls
Physical Demands & Workplace Conditions
- Use hands to handle, control or feel objects, tools or controls
- Ability to sit, stand and walk during customer visits
- Frequent travel by motor vehicle within the assigned territory
- May be exposed to varied workplace environments when meeting customers
