What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring an Entry Level Sales Consultant to join a high-performing recruitment team in Chicago. This is an early-career sales/recruitment role designed for driven candidates who want a clear, metrics-driven promotion path and world-class training.
- Build and manage a portfolio of client accounts in your sector.
- Win new business through targeted outreach, cold contact, and lead generation.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from first client conversation through candidate placement.
- Source, screen and assess candidates using online platforms and structured interviews.
- Grow and maintain a talent network of active and passive candidates.
- Work closely with clients to diagnose hiring needs and design long-term hiring solutions.
- Lead contract and fee negotiations with clients and close placements.
- Track and meet performance metrics tied to targets and commission.

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
- Internship or prior exposure to sales, business development, or recruitment preferred.

- Base salary: $60,000 – $75,000 per year.
- Uncapped quarterly commission.
