About the Role
Confidential Client is hiring an energetic, ambitious Entry-Level Sales Representative to join a fast-paced sales organization in Chicago, IL. What You’ll Do
- Build your pipeline through proactive outreach: cold calling, email, and networking.
- Negotiate competitive market rates and close new business opportunities.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for an assigned account portfolio to drive retention and growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for customers.
- Meet daily activity metrics and monthly sales targets to achieve commission incentives.
Qualifications
- No prior sales experience required — training provided.
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred, or equivalent customer-facing work experience.
- Strong verbal communication and a confident, professional telephone presence.
- High motivation, resilience, and a coachable mindset; accepts feedback and iterates quickly.
- Good time management and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $45,000 - $50,000 per year (Illinois pay range disclosed).
- Commission: eligible for monthly commission incentives; On-Target Earnings (OTE) for established reps typically $100K–$150K+.

Work Schedule & Location
- Location: Chicago, IL — onsite during initial training pod.
- After training: hybrid schedule (four days in-office, one remote day per week).
- Typical hours: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with one-hour break; some flexibility based on team needs.
