What You’ll Do
Join a high-volume inside sales team as an Entry Level Sales representative on a structured training path to become a Licensed Lending Officer. In this role you’ll complete comprehensive training (including preparation for the SAFE/NMLS exams), handle inbound/outbound customer conversations, and progress into a licensed sales role that mixes hourly pay and commission-based incentives.
- Support the full loan lifecycle from lead intake through loan origination (training provided)
- Complete required training modules and prepare for SAFE / NMLS licensing
- Conduct phone-based customer conversations and presentations to identify needs and recommend lending options
- Convert company-provided leads through consultative selling and relationship building
- Use CRM and loan-processing software to document activity and move prospects through the pipeline
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and activity metrics
- Maintain high ethical and compliance standards in all customer interactions
Responsibilities
- Dedicate yourself to a structured training program that builds lending knowledge and sales skills
- Identify sales opportunities and proactively pursue them
- Demonstrate basic financial and mortgage product understanding
- Adapt to product, policy, and process changes
- Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Use technology and CRM tools to manage leads and track progress
- Deliver excellent, customer-focused service from first contact through closing
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience with a proven record of meeting or exceeding goals — call center sales or high-volume inside sales experience strongly preferred
- Must be able to commute to Auburn Hills, MI full-time
- Ability and commitment to obtain NMLS licensure (pass SAFE/NMLS exam and meet state/national licensing requirements)
- Strong phone presentation skills and the ability to build rapport with customers remotely
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a coachable mindset
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred (but not strictly required)
Compensation & Benefits
- Training pay: $15.00/hour during ACES training
- Post-training compensation moves to a Licensed Lending Officer pay plan: hourly minimum plus monthly per-origination bonuses and commission structure (estimate: annualized compensation shown on platform is $87,123 — actual pay depends on licensing status, role progression, and fundings)

Note: Compensation figures are estimates and part of a broader pay plan. Final compensation structure (and eligibility) will be shared during onboarding and at the time of transition to a licensed role.
