What You’ll Do
This entry-level sales role is designed as a hands-on sales and leadership development program supporting senior living communities operated by our client. You will learn consultative selling, presentation skills, public speaking, and client relationship building while working alongside experienced sales professionals.
- Learn and apply consultative selling techniques in both call-center and in-home settings
- Develop clear knowledge of the client’s senior living brand and service offerings
- Build relationships with prospective residents and their families
- Conduct tours, follow-up outreach, and support the conversion process
- Present professionally and communicate with urgency and empathy
- Participate in coaching, training sessions, and ongoing personal development
- Support community sales activities and occasionally travel to other local community locations

- Bachelor’s degree OR 1–2 years of related work experience

General Working Conditions
This position requires frequent interaction with residents, families, and team members. Typical duties include sitting, standing, walking, using phones and computers, and occasional travel between community locations. Moderate noise levels and regular face-to-face interaction are expected.
Compensation & Growth
Estimated compensation (displayed on source): $80,273 per year (estimated). This role is positioned as a development path into senior community sales, and high performers may advance into regional leadership and coaching roles.
