What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring an Entry Level Sales Associate to support route sales and merchandising. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role focused on inventory, order entry, product placement, and maintaining freshness standards.
- Conduct relief sales for the sales department based on open route needs
- Take inventory and input customer orders accurately and on time using company-issued technology
- Maintain proper inventories and ensure product freshness at all assigned accounts
- Support merchandising by stocking product and ensuring proper rotation to avoid expired product
- Complete other projects or duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
Required
- High School Diploma or GED
- 0–2 years related experience (entry-level candidates encouraged)
- Reliable automobile transportation, a valid driver’s license, an acceptable driving record, and required auto insurance per state law
- Must meet minimum state age requirements (must be at least 21 years old where applicable)
- Ability to use basic mobile/handheld technology for order entry and inventory
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $21.00 per hour (approx. $55,335/year estimated) plus car and mileage reimbursement
- Employment type: Full-time
- Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM start time
