Overview
Confidential Client is hiring for an Entry-Level Rotational Program — Finance Operations. This cohort-style TRACK program develops early-career Financial Analysts through multi-month rotations across operating finance functions (Sales & Marketing, Product Development, Purchasing & Supply Chain, Customer Care & Aftersales, Manufacturing). The program emphasizes hands-on financial analysis, modeling, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid work model based in Warren, MI.
What You’ll Do
- Support multiple finance rotations and deliver actionable financial analysis to business partners.
- Build and maintain financial models, perform valuation and scenario analysis (ROI, NPV, IRR).
- Analyze financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow) and assist with capital structure assessments.
- Use Excel and other analytics tools to clean data, create dashboards, and present insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, supply chain, sales, manufacturing) to influence decisions.
- Participate in cohort activities, mentorship, and professional development events.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week).
- Fundamental understanding of financial metrics (ROI, NPV, IRR).
- Strong data analysis, problem solving, and learning agility.
- Experience with Excel, financial modeling, and valuation techniques.
- Ability to read and analyze balance sheets, income statements, and cash flows.
Preferred Qualifications (Competitive Edge)
- Demonstrated leadership in academics, extracurriculars, or service organizations.
- Experience collaborating across diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; high integrity and accountability.
- Comfort with ambiguity, rapid prioritization, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Work Arrangement
- Hybrid: This role requires on-site presence in Warren, MI at least three times per week. Relocation assistance may be available if selected — please apply using your permanent address.
Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated pay: $88,048 per year (estimated).

- This role may be eligible for relocation benefits.
