What You’ll Do

This is an entry-level Revit Technician role supporting structural engineers and architects on commercial, industrial, and multifamily projects. You will create and update construction drawings, incorporate design revisions, and help maintain project documentation and drafting standards while learning from experienced professionals.

• Create and revise construction drawings using Revit and AutoCAD
• Incorporate redlines, markups, and design revisions into drawings and project documents
• Help develop floor plans, foundation plans, sections, details, and structural drawings
• Assist engineers and architects with project drafting and drawing updates
• Maintain organized project files and adhere to drafting standards
• Participate in project coordination and drawing reviews with engineering and architectural teams
• Support quality checks before project delivery

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Revit (school projects, internship, or professional experience)
• Basic AutoCAD knowledge
• Understanding of construction drawings and drafting principles
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology, Architecture, Construction Management, Drafting, or related field
• Internship or coursework involving Revit and construction documentation
• Exposure to structural, architectural, or construction projects
• Interest in structural engineering and design

Pay and Benefits

• Pay range: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
• Individual pay will depend on qualifications, skills, experience, and other job-related factors
