Entry Level Remote Recruiter
The Entry Level Remote Recruiter at Confidential Client is responsible for building and managing client and candidate relationships, sourcing and interviewing top talent, and facilitating the hiring process. What You'll Do
- Build and manage relationships with clients and industry professionals to understand hiring needs.
- Identify, engage, and recruit top talent using networking, referrals, direct sourcing, and outreach.
- Screen and interview candidates to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Match qualified candidates to client roles and manage the candidate lifecycle.
- Negotiate offers and guide candidates and clients through the hiring and onboarding process.
- Develop new business opportunities and grow an assigned territory or client base.
- Act as a trusted advisor within your specialized market by delivering timely, professional recruiting solutions.
