Confidential Client is hiring an Entry Level Remote Recruiter (Search Consultant / Executive Recruiter). This remote, full-time opportunity pairs structured training and mentorship with a performance-driven compensation plan (base + uncapped commissions). This role is ideal for motivated, relationship-focused candidates who want to build a recruiting business within a supportive team environment.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage relationships with clients and industry professionals.
- Source and recruit top talent via networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidate fit versus client needs.
- Present candidates and manage interview processes with client partners.
- Negotiate offers and guide candidates and clients through offer-to-hire steps.
- Develop new business opportunities while servicing and growing an assigned territory.
- Act as a trusted advisor within a specialized industry vertical.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Previous experience in recruiting, sales, customer service, staffing, business development, or other client-facing roles is a plus — but not required.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $35,568 - $150,000 per year (total compensation varies widely based on base pay + commissions and experience).
