What You’ll Do

This is an entry-level, remote recruiting role focused on building client relationships, sourcing talent, and supporting the full hiring lifecycle within a Consultancy environment. You will receive training and mentorship while developing a book of business and earning performance-based compensation.

• Build and manage relationships with clients and industry professionals
• Identify and recruit top talent via networking, referrals, and proactive sourcing
• Screen and interview candidates; evaluate fit against client needs
• Present qualified candidates and coordinate interview and offer processes
• Negotiate offers and guide candidates and clients through hiring
• Develop new business opportunities and grow an assigned territory
• Serve as a trusted advisor within your specialized market

What We’re Looking For

We seek competitive, self-motivated individuals who enjoy relationship-building and are goal-driven. Prior recruiting or sales experience is a plus but not required — we hire for attitude and coach the skills.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Competitive, self-motivated, and target-oriented mindset
• Excellent time management and organizational ability
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Previous experience in recruiting, sales, staffing, customer-facing roles, or business development is helpful but not required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)
