What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring an Entry-Level Recruiter / Sales Trainee. This is a training-to-hire role where you'll learn full-cycle recruiting and client-facing sales activities while earning commission.

• Identify and source qualified candidates using phone outreach, job boards, social media and networking.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess fit.
• Coordinate interviews and feedback between candidates and hiring managers.
• Partner with assigned Account Manager(s) to learn target accounts, skill sets, and local market segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to generate referrals and sales leads.
• Perform customer service and candidate care activities (scheduling, follow-ups, offer communication).
• Represent Confidential Client in community and volunteer events as part of local talent attraction efforts.

Compensation & Benefits

Confidential Client offers a structured pay and incentive plan with training and clear progression.

• Base pay during/after training: $45,000 base annually (hourly training period precedes salaried base).
• After 1 year of tenure: base salary increases to $55,000 with ongoing commission & performance incentives.
• Position pay range listed in source: USD $45,000 — USD $73,000 per year.
• Weekly commission plan (uncapped) plus quarterly bonuses and performance-based incentives.
• Projected earnings (example):
  • Year 1: $50,000+
  • Year 2: $76,000+
  • Year 3: $102,000+

Who You Are / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Customer- or sales-focused experience preferred.
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented, target-driven environment.
• Strong communication skills (phone and written).
• Coachable, persistent, organized, and motivated to earn via commission.
• Comfortable with basic MS Office tools and learning applicant tracking / sourcing platforms.
