Role overview

Join a confidential client as an Entry-Level Recruiter / Sales Trainee responsible for owning the full recruiting lifecycle for technical and corporate roles. This is a performance-driven position with structured paid training, clear career paths, and significant commission upside.

What You’ll Do

• Own the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle for assigned roles
• Meet with hiring managers to define role requirements and priorities
• Source and engage qualified candidates using phone, email, job boards, social sourcing, and networking
• Screen candidates via phone and in-person/virtual interviews and perform reference checks
• Present opportunities, prepare candidates for interviews, and coach through onboarding
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with a network of consultants and candidates
• Track pipeline and activity in the ATS and keep hiring teams updated

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Customer service, sales, or leadership experience is a plus
• Comfortable working in a team-based, performance-oriented environment
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Coachable, motivated, and goal-driven — eager to learn and develop a recruiting career

Compensation & Benefits

• Paid hourly training period, then initial base salary of $45,000/year after training
• Base increases to $55,000/year after one year of employment
