Overview
Confidential Client is hiring an Entry Level Recruiter in West Chester, OH. This is an in-office, full-time role designed for recent graduates and candidates launching a recruiting career. No prior recruiting experience is required — you’ll receive paid training and coaching, progress through a structured career path, and have access to uncapped bonus opportunities.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary starting at $45,000 per year
- $2,500 sign-on bonus

What You’ll Do
- Cultivate relationships and maintain strong communication with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to fill positions with top talent
- Generate a high volume of candidate flow using diverse sourcing methods (outbound sourcing, job boards, referrals, social media)
- Conduct phone screens and manage the interview process from sourcing through offer and initial onboarding
- Track and document conversations, interview progress, offers, and feedback in the Applicant Tracking System (Avature)
- Process onboarding paperwork and candidate dispositioning accurately and timely
