What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring an Entry Level Recruiter in Tampa Palms, FL. As an Entry Level Recruiter you will build candidate pipelines, conduct initial screening interviews, and support hiring activities to help meet weekly outreach quotas and fill open roles.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for current and future openings
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interviews and resume reviews
- Serve as a primary contact for candidate questions and follow-ups
- Meet weekly quotas related to calls, emails, and candidate outreach
- Record accurate candidate notes and update applicant tracking records
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Self-motivated, high-energy, and target-driven
- Demonstrated ability to meet quotas or performance targets
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Recent graduates encouraged to apply
Compensation
- Starting pay: $45,000–$48,000 per year (as listed by the client)
Location & Schedule
- Location: Tampa Palms, FL — on-site role (local candidates preferred)
- Employment type: Full-time (standard business hours unless otherwise agreed)
