Confidential Client is hiring an Entry Level Recruiter to join their Talent team in Tampa Palms, FL. This is an entry-level, full-time, in-office recruiting role ideal for recent graduates or candidates looking to begin a career in recruiting within the Logistics & Transportation industry. No prior recruiting experience is required — paid training is provided.

What you’ll do
- Source and generate high-volume candidate flow using a variety of channels
- Conduct phone screens and manage the full interview lifecycle from sourcing through offer
- Build and maintain strong communication with candidates, hiring managers, and internal partners
- Document candidate interactions, interview progress, offers, and feedback in the Applicant Tracking System (Avature)
- Process onboarding paperwork and manage candidate dispositioning with attention to accuracy and timeliness
What you need
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Strong customer focus and professional communication skills
- Comfort using modern recruiting technologies and an Applicant Tracking System (Avature)
- Reliable in-office attendance and a strong work ethic
- Employment visa sponsorship is not available for this position (e.g., F‑1 STEM OPT, H‑1B, TN, J1 applicants will not be considered)
