Confidential Client is hiring an Entry Level Recruiter to join a growing executive search team based in Solon, OH (Greater Cleveland). This is an ideal opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals who want structured training, mentorship, and a clear path to career growth in recruiting, sales, or consulting. This full-time role is onsite in Solon and combines candidate sourcing, relationship building, and client support with a base salary plus uncapped commission potential.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and connect with talented professionals via networking, referrals, research, and recruiting platforms
- Conduct candidate conversations to understand experience, career goals, and fit
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Develop market expertise in an industry vertical and track trends
- Present qualified candidates and support clients through the hiring lifecycle
- Use recruiting technology and CRM tools to manage candidate pipelines and activity
- Collaborate with teammates to deliver a high-quality candidate and client experience

Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated pay (source job data): $85,348 per year (estimated)
- Base pay plus uncapped commission/bonus structure that rewards results
