What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is looking for motivated entry-level recruiters/sales trainees who want a people-focused, high-growth career. You will be trained and mentored to find, screen, and place candidates while supporting client relationships.

• Identify qualified candidates using online sourcing, referrals, and recruiting tools
• Screen and interview candidates to assess fit and readiness
• Partner with account managers to target accounts, skill sets, and market segments
• Build and maintain industry relationships that generate referrals and sales leads
• Support customer-service activities and candidate follow-up
• Participate in team and community volunteer activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Customer-facing, sales, or service experience (preferred)
• Comfortable working in a team environment and learning quickly
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation is transparent and tied to training plus performance.

• Base salary range: USD $45,000 — USD $65,000 per year
  • Entry base: $45,000 with unlimited weekly commission potential after the hourly training period
  • After one year, base increases (example: to $55,000 for many employees) and continued commission opportunity
• Projected earnings examples (performance-based, for illustration):
  • Recruiter — Year 1: ~$50,000; Year 2: ~$76,000; Year 3: ~$102,000
  • Sales Manager — Year 1: ~$80,800; Year 2: ~$121,500; Year 3: ~$150,000
