What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring an Entry Level Recruiter / Sales Trainee to join their recruiting team in Sharonville, OH. This is a frontline recruiting and client-facing sales development role with comprehensive training, weekly commission opportunities, and a clear internal promotion path into senior recruiting and sales leadership.

Primary responsibilities

• Identify and source qualified candidates using phone outreach, job boards, social media, and internal databases
• Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and fit
• Partner with account managers to prioritize accounts, target skill sets, and develop market knowledge
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to generate referrals and sales leads
• Support customer service tasks related to candidate and client relationships
• Participate in community and volunteer activities supported by the organization

Who You Are / Qualifications

Required

• Comfortable with a target-driven, sales-oriented environment
• Strong communication and active-listening skills
• Demonstrated customer service or sales experience (can be entry-level)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt quickly during training

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• Prior recruiting, sourcing, or inside-sales exposure is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation (transparent)

• Base salary starting at $45,000 during initial period, with an expected base increase to $55,000 after one year of employment
• Salary range posted for this role: USD $45,000 — USD $65,000 per year
• Weekly commission opportunities after training; unlimited upside based on performance

Projected earnings examples (estimates provided by client)

• Projected Recruiter earnings — Year 1: ~$50,000; Year 2: ~$76,000; Year 3: ~$102,000
• Projected Sales Manager earnings — Year 1: ~$80,800; Year 2: ~$121,500; Year 3: ~$150,000
