About the Role
Confidential Client is hiring an Entry Level Recruiter (New Grad / early-career) to join their talent acquisition team in Scottsdale, AZ. This role focuses on building candidate pipelines, screening and preparing talent for interviews, and partnering closely with account teams to place technical consultants with client projects. You’ll join a high-energy environment with structured training, clear metrics, and strong advancement opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term candidate relationships and talent networks
- Collaborate with sales and account teams to understand client hiring needs
- Source niche-skilled candidates using phone, virtual, and in-person outreach
- Screen and qualify applicants via structured interviews and skills assessments
- Provide resume coaching, mock interviews, interview feedback, and offer support
- Manage onboarding and post-placement follow-up to ensure consultant success
- Consistently meet weekly activity and placement metrics (calls, screens, interviews)
- Set and track personal and team goals with your manager
- Perform other duties typical for recruiting roles as assigned
