What You’ll Do

You will own the full recruiting lifecycle and build trusted relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Key responsibilities include:

• Meeting with hiring managers to understand role requirements and success profiles
• Sourcing qualified professionals using a variety of recruiting tools and channels
• Screening candidates via phone/video interviews and reference checks to assess fit and career goals
• Communicating opportunities and preparing candidates for interviews and starts
• Coaching candidates on interview strategy and checking in on their first day and beyond
• Maintaining and growing a network of industry-aligned professionals
• Building long-term relationships and acting as a career partner to your candidates

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)
• Experience in customer service, leadership, or sales is a plus
• Comfortable collaborating in a team-oriented, performance-based environment
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Motivation to work in a results-driven, commission-incentivized role

Compensation & Perks

Estimated pay and key perks (as provided by the client):

• Estimated base salary: USD $70,304 / year (posted figure)
• Paid, non-exempt 13-week training period to start
• Initial base salary of $45,000 after paid training, increasing to $55,000 after one year (per client guidance)
• Unlimited commission potential and performance-based incentives
• Quarterly bonuses and company-funded recognition trips for top performers
