What You’ll Do
As an Entry Level Recruiter / Sales Trainee you will learn and execute full-cycle recruiting tasks while developing client-facing sales skills. Typical responsibilities include:
- Identify qualified candidates using sourcing tools, job boards, and outreach.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, fit, and availability.
- Partner with your Account Manager to target top accounts, skill sets, and market segments.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to generate referrals and sales leads.
- Perform customer-service activities for candidates and clients.
- Participate in community and philanthropic partnership activities.
Compensation & Benefits
This position includes a transparent pay structure and commission opportunity:
- Training period then base salary starting at $45,000 per year.
- After 1 year of tenure base salary increases to $55,000 per year.
- Weekly commission with uncapped earning potential.
- Posted salary range: $45,000 — $73,000 per year.
- Projected recruiter earnings (examples): Year 1: $50,000; Year 2: $76,000; Year 3: $102,000.
