About the Role
Confidential Client is hiring an Entry Level Recruiter / Sales Trainee to join their Siesta Key, FL office. This is an entry-level, full-time role with structured training, a clear sales career path, and weekly commission opportunities. You will source, screen, and engage candidates while building relationships with hiring managers and account teams.
What You’ll Do
- Identify qualified candidates using sourcing tools, job boards, social media, and referrals
- Screen and interview candidates to assess fit for open roles
- Partner with Account Managers to target top accounts and skill sets
- Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to generate referrals and sales leads
- Complete customer service–oriented tasks related to candidate and client support
- Participate in community and philanthropic activities supported by the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Customer- or sales-focused experience a plus
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Coachable, target-driven, and motivated to grow into a sales/account role
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: USD $45,000 — USD $76,000 per year
- Initial base offered after training: $45,000 with weekly commission opportunities
- After 1 year of tenure base increases to $55,000 (plus continued commission and incentives)
- Projected recruiter earnings (example):
- Year 1: $50,000
- Year 2: $76,000
- Year 3: $102,000
