About the Role

Confidential client is a staffing and talent‑solutions organization in the Sales industry focused on matching talent with opportunity. As an Entry Level Recruiter / Sales Trainee you'll participate in a structured training program and join a team with clear paths for promotion into advanced recruiting and sales roles.

What You’ll Do

• Identify qualified candidates using a variety of recruiting and sourcing tools
• Screen and interview candidates to assess fit and qualifications
• Partner with Account Managers to target accounts, skill sets, and market segments
• Build and maintain professional relationships to generate referrals and sales leads
• Support hiring and customer-service activities throughout the placement lifecycle
• Participate in community and philanthropic efforts as part of the team

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Customer-facing or sales-focused experience
• Experience collaborating effectively in a team environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working toward performance targets and commission-based incentives

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $45,000 during initial (hourly) training period; base increases to $55,000 after one year
• Unlimited earning potential through weekly commission after training
• Projected Recruiter Earnings: Year 1: $50,000 • Year 2: $76,000 • Year 3: $102,000
• Projected Sales Manager Earnings: Year 1: $80,800 • Year 2: $121,500 • Year 3: $150,000

• Performance incentives: quarterly bonuses, all-expense-paid trips, and a company-funded investment plan

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
