What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is seeking an Entry Level Recruiter / Sales Trainee to own full-cycle recruiting activities and build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. You will:

• Source candidates using phone, email, social media and recruiting tools
• Meet with hiring managers to understand role requirements and priorities
• Screen and interview candidates; perform reference checks and assess fit
• Coach candidates through interview prep and onboarding activities
• Communicate opportunities clearly and prepare candidates for start dates
• Maintain and grow a network of industry-aligned professionals
• Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records in ATS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
• Experience in customer service, sales, or leadership is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented, performance-based environment
• Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable working to measurable targets

Compensation & Benefits

Confidential Client offers a mix of base pay, commission, and incentives:

• Paid 13-week training period (hourly during training)
• Initial base salary of $45,000 after the hourly paid training period, increasing to $55,000 after one year of employment
• Unlimited commission potential and performance-based incentives
• Quarterly bonuses and all-expenses-paid annual trip for top performers
• Company-funded investment plan and other performance rewards

Reported compensation examples from program performance:

• Top 10% of recruiters averaged approximately $68,000 in year one, $130,000 in year two, and $195,000 in year five.
• Some aggregated estimates for this role show an annualized figure of roughly $70,304.
