What You’ll Do
- Identify qualified candidates using sourcing tools, job boards, and outbound outreach
- Screen and interview candidates to assess fit and interest
- Partner with account managers to target key accounts and market segments
- Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to generate referrals and leads
- Provide excellent candidate and client service throughout the hiring process
- Participate in community and philanthropic activities supported by the company
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $45,000/year during training; base increases to $55,000/year after one year of employment
- Unlimited commission potential after hourly training period
- Benefits package including Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Experience in customer-facing or sales roles is a plus
