What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring an Entry Level Recruiter / Sales Trainee in Pumpkin, CA. This is an entry-level recruiting role with structured training, a clear progression path into sales/account management, and strong earning upside via weekly commission.
- Identify and source qualified candidates using phone, job boards, social media, and direct outreach
- Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience and fit
- Partner with account managers to define hiring needs, target skill sets and priority accounts
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and industry contacts to generate referrals and leads
- Provide excellent candidate and client-facing customer service throughout the hiring lifecycle
- Support community outreach and volunteer initiatives when requested
What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Customer-facing or sales experience preferred
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented, high-energy environment
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable learning and using recruiting / CRM tools
Compensation & Benefits
We follow local pay-transparency rules for Pumpkin, CA. Compensation provided by Confidential Client:
- Base salary: $72,384 per year (paid after successful completion of the hourly training period)
- Unlimited earning potential through weekly commission
