What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring an Entry Level Recruiter / Sales Trainee to join a fast-paced recruiting team in Pensacola, FL. This role blends candidate sourcing and interviewing with client-facing sales activities — a great entry point into recruiting with clear progression into a sales career path.

• Identify and source qualified candidates using phone, email, job boards, social media and internal databases
• Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience and cultural fit
• Partner with Account Managers to target accounts, define needed skill sets and prioritize searches
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to generate referrals and new business leads
• Perform high-quality customer service for candidates and clients throughout the hiring lifecycle
• Participate in community and philanthropic activities as a company representative

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Customer-facing or sales-related experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working in a team environment and learning from structured training
• Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary during/after training: starting at USD 45,000 per year
• Pay progression: base increases to USD 55,000 after 1 year of tenure
• Commission: weekly commission structure with unlimited earning potential
• Projected earnings examples (estimates):
  • Year 1: ~$50,000
  • Year 2: ~$76,000
  • Year 3: ~$102,000
