Role summary
Join a high-energy sales and recruiting team as an Entry Level Recruiter / Sales Trainee supporting a Confidential Client in Oaklandon, IN. This is an entry-level position with a structured training program, weekly commission potential after training, and a clear advancement path into recruiting and sales leadership.
What you’ll do
- Identify qualified candidates using sourcing tools, job boards, social media, and referrals
- Screen and conduct interviews to assess candidate fit and skill sets
- Partner with account managers to target priority accounts and market segments
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and industry contacts to generate referrals and sales leads
- Manage candidate communications and perform customer-service related activities
- Participate in community outreach and volunteer events on behalf of the Confidential Client
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)
- Customer-facing, sales, or service experience preferred
- Comfortable collaborating and learning in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Motivation to grow into recruiting and sales leadership roles
Compensation & benefits
- Base salary: $45,000 per year during training, with an expected base increase to $55,000 after one year
- Unlimited commission potential (weekly commission after training)
- Projected earnings examples provided by the Confidential Client (for illustration):
- Recruiter: Year 1 $50,000 • Year 2 $76,000 • Year 3 $102,000
- Sales Manager: Year 1 $80,800 • Year 2 $121,500 • Year 3 $150,000
