What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring an Entry Level Recruiter / Sales Trainee to join a high-energy team focused on placing candidates with top employers. This is a training-first role with a clear path to advanced recruiting and sales positions.

• Identify qualified candidates using sourcing tools and outreach channels
• Screen and interview candidates to assess fit
• Partner with Account Managers to target accounts and skill sets
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to generate referrals and leads
• Provide excellent candidate and client service throughout the hiring lifecycle
• Participate in community and philanthropic activities supported by the organization

Compensation & Benefits

This role includes a transparent base salary range and performance incentives.

• Base salary: USD $45,000 / year during initial period, increasing to $55,000 after 12 months of employment
• Weekly commission opportunity after the hourly training period (unlimited earning potential)
• Projected earnings (examples):
  • Recruiter — Year 1: $50,000; Year 2: $76,000; Year 3: $102,000
  • Sales Manager — Year 1: $80,800; Year 2: $121,500; Year 3: $150,000
• Benefits (examples): Medical, Dental, Vision; company-funded HSA and 401(k); paid time off; employee discounts
• Performance-based incentives: quarterly bonuses, all-expense-paid trips, company-funded investment plans

Note: Individual compensation will depend on qualifications, experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• Customer- or sales-focused experience (preferred)
